These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of daniellacruz.shop, operated by Daniella Cruz. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
This Site contains adult content for individuals 18 years or older. By entering, you confirm you are at least 18 and it is legal to view adult content in your jurisdiction.
We use age assurance to keep explicit content away from anyone under 18.
What is public. Our public pages (home page, banners, the Win a Date page and the Gold sign-up page) show non-explicit previews only. Member photos appear blurred until you are a verified member.
What is protected. Explicit content (the photo archive, video archive, collections and video calls) is only available to paying members who have passed an age check.
How we check age. Our age-assurance provider is Go.cam, which is certified under the UK Age Check Certification Scheme. The check uses facial age estimation carried out on your own device, with ID or other checks offered if needed. It runs:
Your privacy. Go.cam tells us only whether you passed. We never receive or store your image or ID. A verified device can skip the check on later visits.
If you don't pass or close the check, no account is created and member content stays locked.
Other safeguards. Explicit files are stored privately and delivered only through time-limited links issued to logged-in members. Everyone appearing in our content is 18 or over.

The Gold Membership is £25/month. Cancellations take effect at end of billing period. No refunds for the current month once payment has been processed.
Collections (£39, £69 and £99) and pay-per-view items are one-off purchases, not subscriptions. A collection stays unlocked on the account used to buy it and is not included in the Gold Membership. All purchases are final and non-refundable once content is unlocked. Purchased content is for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold or redistributed.
The welcome wheel is free to enter — no purchase is needed. Open to visitors aged 18+ who don't already have an account. One spin and one prize per person. Every spin wins one of these prizes: free content (about 1 in 2 spins), 20% off the first month of Gold Membership (about 1 in 4), 20% off one video call (about 1 in 6) or 25% off one exclusive collection (about 1 in 12). The blank spaces on the wheel are decorative and are never landed on. Prizes last 24 hours from the spin, can be used once, can't be exchanged for cash and can't be combined with other offers. The Gold discount applies to the first month only. Discounts are used with your personal code (Gold and video call discounts also apply automatically to the email you spun with). We may withdraw a prize that was obtained unfairly.
Promo codes apply only to the item type shown by their first letter (G = Gold Membership, V = video calls, C = collections), one code per order and once per person unless stated otherwise. Codes may have an end date or a limited number of uses, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be combined with a welcome wheel prize. A Gold code applies to the payment it's used on only.
The Win a Date prize competition is open to people aged 18 or over. The prize is one social dinner-and-drinks date with Daniella in a public place, at a mutually agreed time; it includes no other services and has no cash alternative. The number of entries is limited and is shown as "tickets limited". You can enter by (a) buying an entry for £30 and correctly answering the entry question, (b) joining Gold Membership, which includes one free entry, or (c) free entry: email daniella.cruzz1999@gmail.com with the subject "Win a Date free entry", your name and the answer to the entry question — one free entry per person. Free entries have exactly the same chance of winning. Each entry receives a ticket number. The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries once all tickets have been claimed, or on a closing date we announce on this site, and is contacted by email; the winner stays private unless they agree otherwise. If the winner doesn't reply within 14 days, a new winner is drawn. Entries are non-refundable except where the competition is cancelled. We may disqualify entries made unfairly.
By booking a video call you confirm you are 18 or older and agree to the following rules. Violation of any rule will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may result in a permanent ban.
The following are strictly prohibited during all video call sessions:
Recording & Distribution — You may not record, screenshot, screen capture or save any part of the session in any form. Sharing, uploading, distributing or selling any recording of a session is strictly illegal and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Minors — Any reference to, requests involving, or content relating to minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities immediately.
Non-Consensual Conduct — Any requests for non-consensual role play scenarios, coercive behaviour or content that simulates non-consent are strictly prohibited.
Personal Information — Requesting personal contact details, physical address, real name or any attempt to arrange an in-person meeting is strictly prohibited.
Harassment & Abuse — Threatening, abusive, racist, homophobic or otherwise offensive behaviour of any kind will result in immediate termination.
Illegal Activity — Any requests or conduct that is illegal under the laws of England and Wales or your local jurisdiction is strictly prohibited.
Identity & Age — You must not misrepresent your identity or age. All participants must be 18 or older.
Sessions are conducted in accordance with UK law. Any illegal conduct may be reported to law enforcement. Reschedule up to 12 hours before. No-shows will not be refunded.
You agree not to record, screenshot, copy, share, or redistribute any content. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.
All content is the exclusive property of Daniella Cruz and protected by copyright law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Usage Data — IP address, browser type, pages visited.
Browser Storage — We store a random visitor number and the link you arrived from in your browser, so we can count visits and see which of our links people use. It contains nothing that identifies you, and is never used for advertising.
Email List — If you enter your email to spin the welcome wheel and tick the box, we store your email and the prize you won, and send you updates and offers from Daniella. To make sure each person only spins once, we also store a random browser ID and a scrambled (one-way encrypted) version of your IP address — never your actual IP address. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us, and we will delete your email from the list.
To manage your account, process payments, confirm bookings, communicate with you, and improve the Site.
We use the following trusted providers to run the Site. Each only receives the data it needs to do its job:
Supabase — Stores your account (email, encrypted password, membership status and purchases).
SumUp — Processes card payments. Your card details go directly to SumUp; we never see or store them.
Cloudflare — Securely stores and delivers members-only videos and photos, and protects the Site.
DreamHost — Hosts the website.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
We keep your account details for as long as your account exists. Payment records are kept for up to 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting rules. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data. Contact us at daniella.cruzz1999@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
